Why most content problems are actually organization problems
What a library-science habit of cataloguing can teach a content calendar.

I'm Ojima Gabriella Ob'Lama
, and I turn scattered content, chaotic workflows and half-finished processes into systems
that run, and stories
that land.

disciplines: ops, content, community
Three short films, in my own words: on being hard to fit in a job description, on learning versus being useful, and on finally betting on myself. Tap one to watch with sound.
Five projects, one instinct: pair the story with a system strong enough to carry it. The first three open as full case studies.
A library-science habit turned working method: catalogue before you organize, and organize before you speak.
Understand the real situation first: the audience, the existing assets, the gaps in the current system. No strategy before the inventory is honest.
Design the system underneath the message: workflows, content architecture, roles, calendars, and the operational plumbing most strategies skip.
Build the communications layer on top: content, voice and community an audience can actually follow and trust.
Track what's working and adjust the system, not just the message. Most strategies fail quietly here. I keep watching after launch.
Every piece of content I write sits on top of a workflow I've usually built myself, so the strategy holds up after launch day.
I run operations for one organization and community for another, at the same time. Structure and story are one job for me.
I've founded a business and a community. I bring that ownership to every project.
Library and information science taught me how people search for, structure and use information, before I ever wrote a caption.
Each engagement starts the same way: understanding the system before touching the message.
As a child I loved writing, dancing and starting small businesses out of whatever I had. Then I studied Library & Information Science at the University of Abuja, and learned how to make information usable for someone else.
A love of baking became Gamael Tarts
. When demand outgrew how I ran it, I learned the lesson I still build on: creativity without structure just creates more chaos, faster.

I've moved between creative and operational roles on purpose: Creative Lead and Content Strategist at George Okoro Studios & Content House, Social Media & Community Manager for GO Talent Hunt, and now Head of Operations at GO Lifestyle House. Six years across creative, technology, nonprofit and small-business settings, and in July 2026 I completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology to add technical skills to the operations side.
I'm drawn to both art and science, and I've stopped trying to pick one. I think in systems, but I write in story, so I ask “what's the structure here?” before “what's the message?”
Putting my new IT diploma to work, growing Funbrarians PlayStation (a community I founded for young library professionals moving into tech, with mentorship, resources and peer learning), and building an international career where operations, digital communication and technology meet.
Founder, creative and operational roles, each one adding a discipline the last one didn't have.
Running day-to-day operations of an upscale content creation and lifestyle space, from client onboarding and bookings to delivery. I designed the workflows, reporting structures and service standards, coordinate clients, creatives, photographers and vendors, and train the operations team.
Leading social strategy and community for Nigeria's first photography talent hunt: participants, partners, sponsors and stakeholders. I plan the content calendars, brief designers on campaign assets, and use performance data to grow reach and participation.
Led content strategy and production across platforms and client projects, coordinated photographers and creators to deadline, and built the accountability frameworks behind client communication.
Served customers of a Nigerian ground and air ambulance and medical emergency logistics company.
Built a baking business from a passion project into one with a real content and operations system: 357% lead growth, 225%+ sales growth.
A community supporting young library professionals moving into technology careers.
Programmes I was selected for, completed, and showed up to.
Essays on communications, systems and the space between them. Being written now.
